Exchanges & Returns Policy
Every purchase from Orca Conservancy supports our work protecting the wild orca populations of the Pacific Northwest and their habitat. Because we are a small nonprofit organization we aim to handle returns and exchanges fairly while ensuring as much funding as possible goes directly toward conservation. We understand that sometimes things can wrong, and we want to make sure you are satisfied, so you can feel good about your purchase while also feeling good about helping orcas.
Returns & Exchanges (Non-Damaged Items)
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Tags (if applicable) must still be attached
Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@orcaconservancy.org with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be mailed back and received by Orca Conservancy before a refund or exchange is processed.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
As a grassroots conservation nonprofit, we are not able to cover return shipping the way major retailers do. Your understanding helps ensure that more funds go directly to protecting whales.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Close-up images showing the defect
A photo of the full item
In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
To ensure we can resolve issues quickly, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
